General Information:
EDGE 60 Wide Body ovens are designed to
Be stacked up to three high. Each oven has a
38” wide conveyor belt and a 60” long baking
Chamber.
STANDARD FEATURES:
AFFORDABLE: EDGE60WB ovens are aordably priced with an inial acquision cost not
much higher than a good quality recondioned oven.
ENERGY EFFICIENT: EDGE60WB ovens use a modulang burner that modulates both gas
and combuson air. This system allows for the lowest overall operang costs of any
conveyor oven in its class.
LOW OPERATING COSTS: Overall operang costs of the EDGE60WB oven is about $$ cents
per hour based on an oven temperature of 475 deg F, electricity costs at 10 cents per kwh,
and natural gas costs at $1.30 per Ccf.
REMOVABLE CONTROL CABINET: EDGE60WB control cabinet houses all the electrical and
gas components except for the main motor. The control cabinet is part of the modular
design and can be unbolted and returned to the factory for service or upgrades. An
addional control can may be used as a spare to eliminate any costly down me.
CONSTRUCTION: EDGE60WB ovens are manufactured to exacng tolerances and use
stainless steel inside and out.
WARRANTY: EDGE60WB ovens come with a detailed FIVE YEAR Parts and Labor Warranty.
VENTALATION: EDGE60WB ovens must be used under a venlaon hood only. Hood sys-
tem must conform to all local and applicable codes.
BRUSHLESS: EDGE60WB ovens use a brushless drive conveyor system eliminang the need
to replace brushes in the conveyor motors.
